Common questions
Are these asking prices or sale prices?
Sale figures come from official registered transactions by district, not from property-portal asking prices. Portal averages can sit higher.
Why do some cells say estimate?
If the official file has no figure, the page shows a median from at least three later public sources and labels it as an estimate with the links used.
Does the value tool replace a valuation?
No. Multiplying €/m² by floor area is only a first range. Condition, floor, views and building quality can move the price well outside that band.
Can I open homes in a specific district?
The row link opens the Barcelona sale listing. When live inventory exists, it can jump to the busiest sub-zone for that district.
How often are the figures refreshed?
The snapshot is updated when a new official quarter is published. The page always shows the period and the retrieval date under the table.
